Product Industrial Cleaning

酸 (Acid) Descaler Concentrate

Concentrated acid descaler for rapid removal of limescale and mineral deposits with flexible dilution, optional corrosion inhibition, and rinse-friendly profile for maintenance and process environments.

Packaging: jerrycans / drums / IBC / bulk (as applicable)
Documentation: SDS / COA / TDS on request
Lead time depends on lane, spec & volume

What it removes

Designed for common inorganic deposits encountered in utilities and process equipment.

  • Limescale / hardness scale (CaCO3, Mg salts)
  • Mineral films and mixed inorganic deposits
  • Light rust staining (surface oxidation) where compatible
  • Cementitious residue (selected grades; confirm by substrate)

Compatibility and dwell time depend on the acid system, inhibitor package, temperature, and substrate. Share your materials of construction and we’ll align the suitable grade.

Overview

This product is positioned for repeat procurement where descaling performance, predictable rinsing, and supply consistency matter. We can align concentration, inhibitor level, and packaging to match your process and EHS constraints.

Procurement-friendly

Standard documentation set, lane-based lead times, and packaging options for maintenance teams and plants.

Flexible dilution

Supports light maintenance descaling through heavier deposit removal with controlled dosing guidance.

Inhibitor options

Grades can be aligned for steel surfaces, specific alloys, or reduced fume profiles (subject to feasibility).

Note: Acid descalers are not universal. For sensitive alloys, galvanized surfaces, or decorative finishes, share details before use.

Applications

Common descaling use cases across utilities and production environments. Share your circuit and substrate details for best-fit grade.

  • Heat exchangers, jackets, coils, and plates (descaling and re-rate maintenance)
  • Boilers, hot water loops, and steam-related components (where compatible)
  • Cooling towers and water circuits (localized treatment and maintenance cleaning)
  • CIP circuits requiring controlled foam and predictable rinsing (process-dependent)
  • Descaling of tiles, masonry, and construction residue (selected grades; confirm first)
  • Maintenance removal of mineral staining on compatible hard surfaces

Not recommended without confirmation

Certain substrates may be attacked by acids or require special inhibitor systems.

  • Aluminum, zinc/galvanized steel, and some copper alloys (risk of attack)
  • Natural stone like marble/limestone (acid-reactive)
  • Painted/coated surfaces (risk of dulling or undercutting)

Always trial on a small area and confirm compatibility through your process owner/EHS.

How to use

Typical application workflow. Always confirm compatibility and follow your site EHS procedures.

Safety & handling guides

1) Pre-check

Identify substrate/materials and the deposit type. Isolate sensitive components. Provide ventilation and PPE per SDS.

2) Dilute & apply

Prepare working solution in water (add product to water—not water to product). Apply by circulation, soak, or controlled spray.

3) Rinse & neutralize

Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Where required, follow with a neutralization step and final rinse to meet process specs.

Dilution guidance (typical)

Actual ratios depend on deposit load, temperature, inhibitor system, and circuit design.

Light maintenance

1–3% in water for light scale films and frequent cleaning.

Moderate deposits

3–8% for typical hardness scale and mixed deposits in circuits.

Heavy scale

8–15% for heavier load; confirm corrosion control and monitor reaction.

For circulation: monitor pH/conductivity and visual reaction; refresh solution if activity drops. For sensitive alloys, use inhibited grades and shorter dwell cycles.

Operational notes

Practical details that reduce downtime and risk.

  • Avoid mixing with bleach/hypochlorite or oxidizers (risk of hazardous gas).
  • Use compatible pumps/hoses; avoid metals known to be acid-sensitive.
  • Control temperature: higher temperature accelerates reaction and corrosion risk.
  • Always rinse until residue and conductivity return to acceptable limits.
  • Treat spent solution as per local regulations and site procedures.
