A repeatable process: align on specs, run a controlled trial, document outcomes, then lock the supply parameters for reorders.

Step 1 — Lock the trial conditions
- Define concentration/dose, temperature, time, and measurement method.
- Confirm materials compatibility and safety controls.
Step 2 — Place a controlled trial PO
- Specify packaging, labeling, and documents (SDS/TDS/COA).
- Request a retention sample from the shipped batch.
Step 3 — Execute the trial
- Run with a defined baseline and record key metrics.
- Capture any process impacts (foam, residues, filtration, corrosion signals).
Step 4 — Approve and standardize
- Document acceptance results and approved grade.
- Freeze critical parameters and COA limits.
- Define re-test triggers (supplier changes, COA drift, complaints).
